Thank you for choosing The Lake House. We are a proudly Canadian small business dedicated to creating quality pieces inspired by lake living. Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. If there is a concern with your order, please contact us at lakehouseclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to assist you.
Ordering
All products listed on our website are available for purchase unless marked otherwise. Due to high demand, certain items may sell out quickly. In such cases, orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. If a product is unavailable, we will do our best to restock it as soon as possible.
Please note that items in your cart are not reserved until payment is successfully processed.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location or shipping carrier delays. Once an order has been shipped, The Lake House is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues.
Each order is shipped individually and cannot be combined with other purchases. For international orders, any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
As a small business, we are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please ensure all product details, sizing, and quantities are reviewed before completing your purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable once a package has been dispatched.

All items are sold “as-is” and without warranties, express or implied. The Lake House is not liable for damage, misuse, or any issues arising after the product has been received.
